As the 24/25 La Liga season comes to an end, this past Sunday fans were able to witness another one of the biggest rivalries of world football at the Estadio Olimpico in Montjuic, with A-list celebrities like Travis Scott, Terry Crews, and Thierry Henry in attendance of the match. Throughout the season, fans have been able to see four world-class El Clásico matches, two being league games and two being cup finals, all resulting in FC Barcelona winning against Real Madrid in high-scoring, thrilling matches.
FC Barcelona continued their Spotify sponsorship tradition by featuring Travis Scott’s Cactus Jack logo on their home kit. The brand also launched a collection—including kits, scarves, and sweatshirts—available on the Cactus Jack website. Both home and away kits sold out within the first day, sparking major fan demand.
Real Madrid had a strong lead in the first 15 minutes of the match, with a penalty awarded to Kylian Mbappe in the 9th minute of the match and a fast second goal in the 14th minute giving los blancos a 2-0 lead at the very beginning of the match. It was not long until Barcelona was able to strike back with Eric Garcia scoring a header in the 19th minute of the game, giving their bulgrana the confidence they needed to win the match.
Just before halftime Barcelona were able to score 2 back-to-back goals from the young barcelona talent Lamine Yamal, followed by a goal by Raphina just two minutes later. Entering halftime in 3-2 Barcelona lead.
The second half of the game had a slower pace, with multiple chances for both teams scoring, with offside goals. Kylian Mbappe was able to break through by scoring a third goal in the 70th minute of the match assisted by Vinicious JR.
